All pics taken with thr 18-55mm kit lens. Some cropping to bring the subjects in closer--I was afraid of getting my telephoto wet.. I double-bagged the camera in between shots because it was a wet ride!

First Day
Thanks to everyone who has been helping and supporting me to follow my dreams. I never knew this hobby would grow into having a website, thanks everyone. For this blog, I'm just going to post various photos, hired shoots, and whatever else happens to come out of my camera. For the first entry I think it would be appropriate to highlight my top 10 favorite photos from this year.
So here they are:
The Outpouring Band.
these guys are awesome.
Who can forget those magical Outpouring photos? for my first real photo shoot, they sure came out good.
And my favorite:
Next, a textbook-worthy photo of a green frog. I do some volunteer work capturing and photographing turtles, and this guy was posing for me one day:
Who doesn't love the beach? I love this one of my friend's daughter:
And this one of my boyfriend, Greg going up a wave:
You can see his board, "the mystical banana," through the glassy water. It was so sweet that day.
Here's the same group looking through a tide pool:
I recently bought a fisheye lens, and loove it, as you can see above.
